ProspectSoft eCommerce pulls in product, price and stock information from your back office accounting system, to provide you with a fully integrated online web store. Customers can see their full purchase history, replace previous orders and buy related products. Orders are then confirmed directly into your accounting system with no additional time-consuming re-keying from your finance team.
We can create both public eCommerce stores; and private trade portals. A private trade portal is perfect for companies that sell wholesale or to approved distributors. Visitors are then required to log in to purchase or see wholesale prices.
Information about web baskets that have been opened but not completed can then be passed to your telemarketing team, to find out if there were any problems with the order.
